Background
I started Titan in South Africa, where vehicle theft and hijacking are part of everyday life for businesses, families and fleet operators.
Tracking could tell you where a vehicle had gone. By then the loss had already happened. That taught me the lesson the whole company is built on: recovery is too late.
So we built technology that stops a vehicle from being driven away in the first place, tested it in one of the hardest theft environments in the world, and brought it to the U.S. A product that can stop a vehicle has to be secured as carefully as it is built, which is why I lead both security and product.
