One Vehicle, Three Apps: How PSD, Halo and the Titan Secure App Work Together

Most vehicle security products are built for one person. A tracker for the owner, a lot tool for the dealer, a fleet portal for the manager. When a vehicle changes hands, the protection usually stops at the handover.
Titan is built differently. It's one prevention platform with three apps: the Partner Sales Dashboard for managers, Halo for lot and yard teams, and the Titan Secure app for drivers and owners. Every integrated Titan unit reports to all three.
The easiest way to see how they fit together is to follow one vehicle.
On the Lot: The Partner Sales Dashboard
It starts with a manager in the Partner Sales Dashboard (PSD). The dashboard is where the rules are set: vehicles are organized into groups, lots are defined as geofences and an overnight arming schedule is created.
From that moment, every unit arms itself after hours. Nobody has to walk the lot at closing time.
The dashboard also holds the detail managers need, including route history, speed events and movement logs for every drive, plus vehicle, device and remote battery levels.
On Shift: Halo
Next morning, a porter opens Halo, the app for lot and yard teams. They check lot health, find the stock number on the map and disarm the vehicle for a test drive. The trip is recorded.
Halo puts the dashboard's rules in your team's hands. Status, groups, schedules and geofences are visible for every lot, depot and yard, and low-battery alerts arrive before a dead battery turns into a no-start on delivery day. Halo accounts are set up by Titan for each partner location.

At Delivery: Protection That Stays With the Vehicle
When the vehicle is sold, Titan stays integrated in it. Protection doesn't end at the handover. It moves to the new owner.
In the Driveway: The Titan Secure App
The new owner gets the Titan Secure app. They arm with their phone or let auto-lock do it, and they get a tamper alert the moment something's wrong. When the vehicle is armed, it won't drive away, key or no key.
That's the difference from a tracker. Tracking tells you where a vehicle went. Titan keeps it where it is. See how Titan compares with trackers, kill switches and factory immobilizers.
Set It in PSD. See It in Halo. Live It in the App.
The value is in the hand-offs. Change a schedule or a geofence in the dashboard, and the lot team and the driver see the result. An alert raised by a vehicle reaches the people responsible for it, in the app they already use.
Here's where the core capabilities live:
- Theft prevention: covert units stop unauthorized movement before it starts, with encrypted Bluetooth arming and tamper-aware logic that works where GPS is jammed. (PSD, Halo and the Titan Secure app)
- Inventory and fleet control: status, groups, schedules and geofences for every lot, depot and yard. (PSD and Halo)
- Trips and test drives: route history, speed events and movement logs for every drive. (PSD)
- Battery health: vehicle, device and remote battery levels, with low-battery alerts. (PSD and Halo)
- Tamper and movement alerts: movement, geofence, speed and tamper events by app, email or SMS. (PSD, Halo and the Titan Secure app)

Not Just for Dealers
The same platform runs rental fleets, commercial fleets and agency vehicles. A rental operator schedules lot arming in the dashboard while counter staff arm units between bookings. A fleet manager sets yard schedules while drivers disarm by Bluetooth remote or app.
