Through state-of-the-art, in house systems, the Titan Customer Support Center is able to remotely view, monitor, adjust, run reports and execute system tests without the need or costs of dispatching service personnel. Titan employs a nationwide network of interrogators, dealers and resources to assist you with local installation and service requirements. This network is dispatched through our Project Management Team and the Titan Customer Support Center located at our Corporate facility in Tennessee as well as our Gulf Coast Regional office in Texas.
Our Titan Customer Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to quickly resolve and track your service issues. All sites are fully documented in order to ensure efficiency in resolving issues.
